Actually everything was brand-new, my next choice again in Marseille. I was travelling to Marseille for one night. The staff were both courteous and welcoming. Had very central location close to centre. Further, it was next to a good restaurant, the bus/train station St Charles, and vieux port.

It's a nicely appointed place for one night. Staff is polite and courteous and you can park your car nearby. The double room is immaculate and has central heating, an iron and an electronic key card. Near a port, you can easily travel around Marseille. When I am in Marseille, I like staying here.
